推力球軸承采用高速運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)可承受推力載荷的設(shè)計(jì),由帶有球滾動(dòng)的滾道溝的墊圈狀套圈構(gòu)成。由于套圈為座墊形,因此,推力球軸承被分為平底座墊型和調(diào)心球面座墊型兩種類型。另外,這種軸承可承受軸向載荷,但不能承受徑向載荷。該類軸承只適用于承受一面軸向負(fù)荷、轉(zhuǎn)速較低的機(jī)件上,例如起重機(jī)吊鉤、立式水泵立式離心機(jī)、千斤頂、低速減速器等。軸承的軸圈、座圈和滾動(dòng)體是分離的,可以分別裝拆。

Thrust ball bearings are designed to withstand thrust loads at high speeds, consisting of gasket rings with ball rolling raceway grooves. Because the ring is cushion, therefore, thrust ball bearing is divided into two types: flat bottom cushion type and center adjusting spherical cushion type. Besides, the bearing can bear axial load, but it can't bear radial load. This kind of bearing is only suitable for the parts with one axial load and low speed, such as crane hoisting hook, vertical pump vertical centrifuge, Jack, low speed reducer and so on. Bearing rings, seat rings and rolling bodies are separated, and they can be assembled and disassembled separately.
